It is better to have evident enemies you know rather than enemies in disguise of friends who eventually slay you. In the Indian joint family system that has been prevalent since past many years; it is often seen that the title of the assets of the family is usually in the name of the eldest son, however the assets have been earned by the entire family and actually belong to all the members of the family. All in good faith and no one ever questions this for the sake of the family bond.
Now what if the eldest son suddenly dies and his only son being the legal heir claim all the assets and pressurize all other family members to relinquish their rights over all the family assests / properties or else serve him. Indeed a FCUP!
My cousin purposely delays opening the premise so that I had to start working from outside the office in the scorching heat and cacophony of the road. I don’t understand what sadistic pleasure someone gets by hampering genuine efforts of others to prosper.
